The Anacortes Arts Festival returns to downtown Anacortes Friday-Sunday, August 5-7. Artists at work, arts and crafts booths, food booths, beer garden and more will keep festival visitors entertained all weekend.

The event brings a number of musicians to the festival representing many styles of performance. Notable amongst the non-blues acts are Whatcom/Skagit band
3-D'vas giving an 11am opening set Saturday on the festivals Main Stage. KPLU has been part of the event since 2000. The KPLU stage has a primarily jazz line-up this year. With no awareness of the entertainment schedule, visitors can feel confident that there will always be 2 and sometimes 3 different acts entertaining crowds in Anacortes. With that in mind, we have listed only the blues and near blues acts that you Blues Lamp readers might want to make sure you don't miss!
