    Country Joe McDonald gives a free performance this Saturday, April 23rd, 2005 at 11:30am in Everett Crowley Park (Kerr Street and SE Marine Drive) in Vancouver, British Columbia. It's all part of the Earth Day Vancouver Celebration and lots of guided tours, participatory art, native plant restoration and educational activities are planned in addition to the Country Joe performance. This is an all ages event, so bring the entire family.

      Later that evening, Country Joe performs again with his band at Vancouver's Red Door in a benefit for the Sunshine Wheels Foundation.

      Country Joe and the Fish were launched into national notoriety with their Woodstock performance and the famous cheer that made it onto that equally famous muddy double album. The Berkeley, California musician is still an extremely active performer.
